How To Order

Our easy to use and fully secure website where payments are taken using the PayPal processing system.

Delivery

UK Delivery
We despatch items in stock by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery post within three working days of receiving your order. Please note that someone will be required to sign for your item. Normal delivery may take up to 5 working days.

Please note that many of our items are bespoke. These items can take longer to ship as they are made to order. We will advise you of the estimated despatch date when we receive your order. We would recommend that you allow two weeks from receipt of your order for delivery.

If your order is urgent please let us know, email info@lemonmerchant.co.uk, and we will try our best to meet any deadlines.

Overseas Orders
We are able to send most items overseas using Royal Mail International signed for service. Please enquire and we will give you a quote for postage, and confirm if the item can be mailed, call +44 (0)151 652 5622 or email info@lemonmerchant.co.uk for further details. If your order is being delivered outside the European Union then you may need to pay your country's customs fees and import duties when you receive your package.

Returns
Please fill in the returns form contained with your invoice, enclose the form and return the parcel to us. Please note that this is done at your own expense. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in their original packaging. The only thing we do ask of you is to obtain a certificate of posting which is available free of charge from any Post Office. This service does not apply to overseas customers. Please note that acceptable returns are decided by Lemon Merchant and do not constitute wear and tear, breakage by the recipient etc.

Ordering

Sorry but we cannot make alterations or cancellations to online orders. This is because as soon as your order reaches us, it is rushed through to be packed and sent. To make an alteration at this point would involve stopping the packing process and searching through parcels, which would mean delayed parcels for everyone.

If an item is not yet in stock, but we are anticipating further supplies, we can put you onto back order. This means that when your chosen item comes into stock, we will send it on to you. Please contact us if the item you required is out of stock and will update you on its status.

You can view the content of your shopping cart by clicking the button on the left in the main navigation menu of our shop. You can add or subtract products from your cart at any time.

Upon placing your order with us, you will receive a confirmation email. One of our team will then review your order to ensure all the information is correct and that all the items you've requested are available for immediate delivery. Your items will then be packed securely and an email will be sent to you confirming the order is ready for shipping and its estimated delivery date. Another email is sent to you to confirm that the order has been shipped to you.
